A number of things have happened since my last journal entry, it has been a month after all. Foremost in my mind is the Avengers! Great movie, my favorite scene is either when Cap interrupts Thor and Iron Man's fight or when Agent Coulson busts out a really big gun. Although there were a lot of other great parts of the movie too those are just my favorites.

Another thing was Shannon's senior voice recital. The music was ok, I guess... I'm kidding. it was very enjoyable. I was just confused when y'all went off stage at the end of every song. Sabertooth, Taylor I think might be his actual name maybe can't remember for sure, and I decided that y'all just liked hearing all of the applause. While the recital was good the best part was getting to hang out with Shannon and company afterwards.

Last week, Thuy, Cameron, Jacob, and I saw Cabin in the Woods. Thought it was just going to be a very predictable horror movie. And then I found out that it was written by Joss Whedon. I was still on the fence about driving up there to go see it and so I read a review and went to see it. It was predictable, but not for reasons I was expecting. Essentially, for some reason to keep Cthulhu from waking and destroying the world nations across the globe have been sacrificing people since time immemorial in a very formulaic manner. So that was mildly enjoyable.

I made a trade that earned my over a hundred one of these past few Fridays and have made no losing trades. I just wish I could say the same for padre. I slept in until about noon today, trying to recover from what could be strep throat, madre developed it this past Thursday and I think I got it from her on Friday. So when I finally got up and logged onto Trading Advantage I was greeted by news of a loss earlier this morning. It shows the when and at what price the buying and selling took place and I spent half an hour trying to figure out what trade padre had opted to take and I couldn't see anything valid anywhere near it so I don't know. Maybe he's trying to sabotage himself.

I don't know, I think I'm going to go back to bed now. Figure out what I'm going to do about the Exalted game I'm going to be running on Friday later. Getting the whole crew back together again Tiberius(Jacob), Heflito(Cameron), and Yuan(Gerardo) and their motley band of pirates plus Jiles so yay. G'night/day/etc.
